I’m a trauma-informed therapist with a passion for helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner strength. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced complex trauma, are navigating life transitions, or come from multicultural and cross-cultural backgrounds.
My counseling approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that every person has the internal resources needed for healing. I integrate several evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, blending both structured and creative, right- and left-brained interventions. For clients who desire it, I thoughtfully incorporate faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process.
Before relocating to South Carolina, I spent 13 years living overseas in Indonesia and South Korea, and from 2017 to 2023 I provided therapy in Seoul to a wide variety of clients from all over the world. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Christian Counseling from Torch Trinity Graduate University in Seoul (2016) and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University (2025). I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) in South Carolina.
Whether you're seeking support for trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship issues, or spiritual concerns, my goal is to offer a safe, respectful space where all parts of your story are welcome.
